Questions people ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use Facebook you can use this. We set up your accounts, send you the logins and a two-minute tour. If you get stuck, you ring us.
So what exactly do I get on day one?
Three things. The Studio, which makes magazines, brochures, flipbooks, lead magnets and photo books from a keyword, a web address or a PDF. The Helpdesk, an AI support desk with your own branding on it. And the Vault of done-for-you templates and graphics. All three are live the day you join.
Can I use it for clients and charge them?
Yes, and we encourage it. Make brochures, magazines or lead magnets for other businesses, or run their support desk, and invoice them whatever you like.
Is it one login shared with everyone?
No. You get your own accounts, walled off from everyone else's. We test that properly before anyone goes live. One member, one set of accounts — please don't share them.
What's the difference between the membership and the tools below it?
The membership is ours — we set it up, we support you, and it's included in your £20. The tools underneath are other people's software that we rate, bought direct from them. You don't need any of them to get full use of your membership.
What if I cancel?
Message us and it's done. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Anything you've made and downloaded stays yours.
Who actually makes the software?
Not us. It's built and run by its makers and licensed to Online Porqupine. We give you your own seat, support you ourselves in plain English, and chase the makers when something needs chasing.
Porqupine Pro is a software membership run by Online Porqupine Ltd. Software is provided by its makers under licence, and we only include something once our licence to provide it has been confirmed in writing. Membership is for your own use and your clients' work; logins can't be resold or shared. We give information, not advice. Prices in GBP and include no VAT at present.
